1. Purpose of Incorporation
To undertake support services for effective development of domestic private sector mining industry, research and technical assistance services for development and acquisition of overseas mineral resources, and thereby to render valuable contribution to development of national economy.
 
2. Scope of Operations
  Development of Domestic Mineral Resources
  - Detailed Geological Survey, Geological Survey on demand, Exploratory Drilling and Tunnelling, etc.
  - Assistance for Mine Modernization, Technical Assistance, Financial Loan and Cashing a bill for mineral at a discount
  - Drilling for Quarry mine, Professional Training, Financial Assistance, and Geological Survey for Quarry mine
  - Mine Safety Training/Education, Provision of Safety Equipment, and Raise Boring
     
Development of Overseas Mineral Resources
  - Investigation of Mines, Orebody Delineation Study, Preliminary Joint Exploration for
Cooperationwith Foreign Entity, International Cooperative Relationship, and Technical
Assistance to Private Sector
- Provision of Information on Mineral Resources and Investment Opportunity
- Investigation of Foreign Investment Environment and Provision of Mining News
- Unearthing of Promising Projects and Conducting of Feasibility Study
- Direct Equity Participation in Overseas Mining Projects and Financial Assistance
